We have had a great fall so far. Rivers is 15 months and this age is SO much fun! I love how interactive he is. He can show you his foot, nose, eyes, ears, hair and tummy. He loves playing with dogs, toys, reading books, and trying to do everything by himself. You'll see from the pic below that he also likes to climb! It is a bit exhausting keeping up with him, but he is so sweet and fun that we don't mind ;)

McMeekin Beach Week

I'm about two months late with these pictures, but here they are! In early September we went to the beach with my family. Nanny and Pa joined us for the first part of the week, Aunt Whit for the second part, and we enjoyed a few visits with Uncle William. Rivers had a great time on the beach and was walking up a storm! We also took him to the aquarium, which he absolutely loved.

First Clemson Game!

Today was a big day...it was Rivers' first Clemson game! The game itself was sooo hot - it's amazing how much hotter it is inside the stadium than out tailgating! Rivers did pretty well except he got scared everytime the crowd cheered, and we were right by the Tiger end zone (and let's just say we played PC and there were a LOT of touchdowns...) so we didn't even make it until halftime! After the game we had a great time wandering around downtown Clemson and marveling about how much it's changed since I was there and how good these kids have it now :)

Before we came home we let Rivers out to run around on Bowman Field. It was so special for me to see my little man running around at a place that I spent time in my college years. And he obviously had a blast!
