Almost One!

It's official: Rivers is a toddler. He's definitely not a baby anymore! He is getting into everything. He is finally crawling (not just army crawling), he pulls up on everything (even a wall with nothing to hold on to) and is cruising like crazy. He doesn't like to be held much - he wants to be on the MOVE!

Watching his first World Cup!

This week we had our first experience with the dog's water bowl. I turned around for a second and he crawled over there, splashed in the bowl, then dumped all the water onto his lap. He loved it!

He has 8 teeth, had his first official haircut, takes baths in the big tub, says "mama" and "dada," and loves to clap and make funny sounds with his mouth. One funny thing he does - he loves eyelashes. He touches the eyelashes of almost anyone who holds him, rubs his own when he is sleepy, and has even started touching Kaya the dog's eyelashes!
